Managed several projects for the legacy XL’s claim platform that included automation of reconciliation process & other enhancement projects. A completely manual reconciliation process for payments & reserves from multiple third party administrators was automated in multiple phases. The first phase of the project included automation of the reconciliation process and the later phases of the project included removal of dependencies from other applications that also involved manual interventions.
